¿What is Nippon Products?
Nippon Products is an online store that brings you important aspects in the japanese culture through an exclusive selection of products that reflect its cultural identity and tradition. Guided by an innovating impulse to bring different flavors of Japan to Guatemala we import, distribute and sell japanese products.

¿How can I create an account in Nippon Products?
First enter the website www.nipponproducts.com, then, in the upper right corner click on “My Account” , press “Continue” and complete the requested information, press “Continue” and your account has been created!

¿How do I make an order?
In Nippon Products online store you will find diferent items organized by categories.

If you already have an account with Nippon Products, enter your registered e-mail address and password to begin. Select the items that you wish to buy adding them to the shopping cart , when you finish selecting items click “UPDATE” and then “CHECK OUT”.

The shipping address you registered will show, if you need to change it to a different address you may do so at this moment by pressing "CHANGE ADDRESS", if not just press "CONTINUE". Select your prefered payment method and press "CONTINUE". if you select Credit Card, press "CONTINUE", enter the numbers and the date of expiration then press "CONFIRM ORDER". If you select Cash On Delivery just go straight to “CONFIRM ORDER”. A message that says “Your Order has been processed” will show then press Continue, automatically a sales representative will receive your information and in less than 24 hours will follow up your order.

If you don´t have an account with Nippon Products, you need to create one and then follow the steps above.

The orders are delivered FREE OF CHARGE within the city limits with a minimum purchase of Q100 Quetzales. If your purchase is less than the minimum or the delivery is outside the city limits, there is an additional charge of Q20 or more for the delivery. We will not charge this or make the delivery without receiving confirmation from the client first                                                                                                                       .

Note: If a certain product is not available at the moment we will inform you about the next possible delivery. If it is not possible to provide a certain product we will inform you before canceling the order.

¿If a placed an order does this mean that it has been charged?
No, a representative of Nippon Products will contact you to complete the process until it is delivered.

¿Which are the payment methods?
NIPPON PRODUCTS offers 2 payment methods:

1. BANK DEPOSIT

You can make a deposit in Quetzales to the following account:

The delivery of your order will be arranged as soon as we receive a deposit confirmation.

2. CASH ON DELIVERY: When you receive your order you will have to pay in cash the total amount of your purchase.

 

¿Does the prices on the website include IVA?
Yes, all prices on the website include 12% of IVA.

¿If I´m a wholesaler could I receive special rates?
Yes, if you purchase Q.1, 500.00 quetzales for the first time and keep monthly purchaces around Q.1, 000.00 quetzales to maintain the special prices, if not, the client will no longer have this benefit.
