¿Do I receive my orders completely free of charge?
The orders are delivered FREE OF CHARGE within the city limits with a minimum purchase of Q100 Quetzales. If your purchase is less than the minimum or the delivery is outside the city limits, there is an additional charge of Q20 or more for the delivery. We will not charge this or make the delivery without receiving confirmation from the client first                                                                                                                       .

¿How long does it take for the order to be delivered?
Within the city limits, if the product is available and the payment has been made, the order should be delivered within 24 working hours. Special orders out of stock , we need to import the items with an aproximately transit time of 10 to 12 days.

¿What are your bussiness hours?
